Own Gel Candles
Own Gel Candles

how to keep a fresh smelling home?
I make my own febreez (just baking soda, water and liquid fabric softner) i keep baking soda boxes sitting around . i try not to use gel or spray air fresheners.do unscented candles actually help?…any other suggestions?
I agree with you about those scented air fresheners. Just read the Warning Labels and that is enough for me besides my nose really acts up with those. Some time ago, a friend recommended a product called fridge-IT activated carbon odor absorbers to take care of the smell that was coming from under my sink and trash area. I tried it and it really worked great and without fragrances that just cover up the odor. Since then, I now use Fridge IT odor absorbers just about everywhere around the house to keep those lingering smells away. I buy them usually at Linens N Things but also on line at www.innofresh.com. They have other products I like too.
