can kidney stones cause recurring urinary tract infections? why or not? my uti will not go away!?
i have 1 kidney stone stuck but really small in my left kidney. can that be the culprit of my uti, i do everything else right to avoid utis: no sex, virgin still, wipe front to back, drink lots water and cranberry juice, i use non-fragrance soaps no oils, take allmy antibiotics. i dont smoke or drink.
Yes if a peice of the stone moves into the urinary track it can cause a UTI. by blocking normal urine flow.Talk to your doctor about it.
